According to the journal, "Assessing the relationship of student-instructor and student-student
interaction to student learning and satisfaction in Web-based Online Learning
Environment," technology in online learning is becoming increasingly accepted. With the web-based learning students have the opportunity to work on their assignments, turn them in or do whatever they want at any place 24 hrs. a day and 7 days a week. With this new method students are capable to work at their own rate. And it has been proven that with this web based learning students are more active in class discussions etc..
There is no doubt the importance of internet. As we are growing we need to learn to play with computers because there will be a day where everything is going to be needed the use of computer and internet. This proves that techonology is becoming very important. What would happen if students now days are not taught how to use the internet and to communicate via internet? Also why is internet becoming very important in our daily lives? This are questions that seem very easy to respond, but if we stop and think for a while we will realize the importance of knowing how to use a computer and internet.

Teaching Writing to Young Children
"Teaching Writing to young Children," is from online journals and it is very interesting because it touches very important points. Such as it mentions, "Teaching writing to children in Grades K-2 involves reaching them on familiar ground, i.e., picture books and also aurally, i.e., reading aloud," students especially at this age feel the need to see pictures in order to begin writing words or sentences. Children during their early years in school they do not know how to write, but it is important to let them experience and write so that they can learn.
While reading this article it came to mind, how do children learn how to write better, by letting them experience or by being taught from a teacher?

Keeping in Touch with Families All Year Long
The site I visited was very interesting, i found it under web resources. The article was titled, "Keeping in Touch with Families All Year Long." It touched very important points on how a teacher can stay in touch with the students family. And also why? There needs to be a good communication with the teacher and parents so that both can work together to help the child. Giving a call to the parents only when the child misbehaves or is slacking off at school is not good, it is also good to call them or keep in touch to say the good things their child is doing.
My questions are now, What would be the resutl of the childs academic progess, if their parents and teacher would communicate more often? Would it benefit the child? The key here, is that a good communication always leads to something good, all the responsobility can not be left only to the teacher, parents and teachers need to work as a team.

Integrating Integers Across Disciplines
On my first we development plan, I choose to go into one of the links of web resources. This was a very interesting reading titled, “Integrating Integers Across Disciplines.” It explains of how math is, “embedded throughout the curriculum and throughout the school day.” Also how the type of math program being used in that particular elementary school is hands-on, which students make their own meaning. This type of program has changed the way young children perceived math, now they want to continue using math and learning it as well.
While reading it, it came to my mind how they incorporated this program into the school and the reaction of the children. The importance here is that these children perceive math in a totally different way. Also it is something that will help them in the real world and for the rest of their lives.
